Domain Name Registration Agreement

The Domain Name Registration Agreement is an agreement between Injazat Technologies (“Injazat, "Company", "We”) and the ("Customer") set out in the relevant Order Form, which is hereby incorporated into this Agreement together with any subsequent Order Forms submitted by Customer, ("Order Form"). and applies to the domain name registration service requested by the Customer. Use of the Domain Name Registration Services, indicates that Customer has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by these Domain Name Registration Terms of Service, together with the Company's Universal Terms of Service Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict between the Universal Terms Agreement or the Privacy Policy and the terms of this Service, these Domain Name Registration Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Register a domain name for free

With some of our web hosting plans, free domain name registration or transfer may be available. This offer can be used to cover the cost of the first year only. When it is time to renew your domain registration, the prices in effect at that time for renewal will apply. 

Domain Name Privacy

As part of our domain name registration services, We provide Domain Name Privacy Service for those who do not wish to have their contact information available in a registry WHOIS. Domain name privacy is a service that protects your personal information from being publicly visible to spammers, direct marketers, and even identity thieves.

Domain Transfers

If you would like Injazat to be the registrar of your domain name and thus to take advantage of our premium services, you can transfer the domain name from your current registrar to Injazat Thus you will be able to manage your domain name through your account management panel and the current expiry date will be extended by one year automatically.

Renewal Policy

Injazat sending notifications to the Customer prior to the expiration date by e-mail and/or SMS in order to ensure that the Customer does not experience interruption or loss of service. In the event that the Customer does not renew the Services before the expiration date, the Customer may experience interruption or loss of Services and loss of content, and the company will not bear any responsibility to the Customer or any third party as a result of the interruption of the Service and/or the loss of the domain name.

To ensure the successful renewal of the Customer's domain name and/or other services. We recommend to process the renewal two weeks before the expiry date of the Services to avoid any glitch that may lead to the Customer losing the domain name and/or other services.

If the Company cannot collect payment for any reason, and our notifications are not responded, your domain name registration will expire. In the event that notifications cannot reach you due to inaccurate email and/or phone number, the Company is not responsible for this defect, as it is your responsibility to keep your information updated and follow the expiration dates of the services.

Cancellation Policy

Once a domain name is registered, there is no way to cancel a domain name until it expires on the next renewal date.

Money Back Policy

Registration and/or renewal of a domain name will not be refundable. The domain name has been registered and/or renewed for the required period and will not be available for purchase again until the current registration expires. Therefore, any domain name registration and/or renewal will not be refundable.
